Privacy Policy

This page explains what DaoBuddy Account (account.daobuddy.xyz) collects and why.

What we collect

• Your wallet address, once you sign in.
• If you link Discord: your Discord user ID, username, and avatar.
• If you link X: your X user ID, username, and avatar. We only request read access to your public profile - never your tweets, DMs, or the ability to post.
• If you link Google: your Google account ID, verified email address, and avatar.
• Your subscription tier and purchase history, as reported by other DaoBuddy services when you complete a purchase elsewhere in the ecosystem.

How we use it

Solely to identify you across DaoBuddy services (so you don't have to re-authenticate on every subdomain), to show your linked accounts and subscription status, and to let DaoBuddy admins manage subscriptions. We don't run ads, don't sell data, and don't share it with anyone outside the DaoBuddy ecosystem.

Cookies

We set a single session cookie to keep you signed in. It contains a signed token identifying your wallet - no tracking or advertising cookies are used.

Data removal

You can disconnect Discord, X, or Google at any time from the Connect page - this immediately deletes that provider's stored ID, username, and avatar. For anything else (e.g. your wallet's subscription or purchase history), contact the DaoBuddy team through the community's usual channels.
